ACE TOUCHED MY LIFE

After a few hours of nonstop tears, I've finally come to the point wherein I reminisce all the great times I've had being a fan of Ace Young. I wasn't able to catch his Denver audition, but I caught a few glimpses of him during Hollywood week. I said to myself, hey, that guy has something special going on. From then on, I was hoping he'd make the top 24, and he did. A wild ride of happiness, excitement, contentment, satisfaction, enjoyment, fulfillment, and a lot more good emotions were what followed me from then on... This is what I would call my Ace Young experience.

Each and every time I would hear him sing, I get goosebumps, and I literally light up. Some sort of happy air enfolds me, and I couldn't stop smiling. It's not just because he looks that good, but because his voice is something that really makes me smile. There's a certain feeling that comes with hearing his voice, something that carries you with the song. My emotions are tapped and I am automatically brought to my own little Ace world - and I never want to leave. His smile can erase the sadness or any stress I feel, because his smile is a genuine one, something so beautiful that words cannot describe. His sincerity is something money or fame cannot buy. His being real is so touching that it literally takes your mind off whatever worries you have at the moment. When Ace said that if he was the one who could take me away from my 9 to 5 even for just an hour and a half of American Idol, he'd by happy, I cried so hard because that's exactly what he did to me.. Every single day of my life changed since I became a fan of his. Looking forward to Tuesdays became a constant activity for me, and actually watching him on TV was the highlight of my week. Not to mention I met a ton of wonderful people from the Highroller family. I am so proud to say that I am a Highroller, because my co-fans are such beautiful people who have beautiful hearts and spirits. You guys know who you are. I love you all...

Now that Ace's American Idol journey has ended, I am proud to say his was a successful one. He was able to touch so many people's lives and hearts, and has gained millions of fans in the process. I love that he is so real and so full of love for his fans. The sadness of him leaving the show still hasn't worn off, and I will never forget the pained look on his face, but I know that bigger things await him. My job as an Ace fan is to continue loving him and supporting him in any way I know how, and continually hoping for the best for his career and his life in general. He will definitely go places, no matter what others may think of him. He has a good heart and that is enough to win millions of Ace fanatics all over the world. Ace, you don't need to worry about a thing, rest assured that you have touched plenty of lives, and yes, you truly have touched mine. God bless you. Keep singing, and keep being yourself.

For Ace, I say 'Thank God!' for getting through another week! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for blessing us with his magnificent voice for yet another week! I pray he is celebrating right now...He so deserves this! I pray you place upon his heart the tremendous need to BRING DOWN THE HOUSE...every single time...I pray you guide his song choice and guard his vocal cords. I pray you lift him up and help him bring it home! I pray for a restful nights sleep...It's gonna be another long week...I pray for peace, love, comfort, and joy of his mind, body, and soul...God bless Ace!!! ♥

Prayers for Ace

(Prayer during the "Bottom 3" Night)
For ACE: Lord, I honestly don't know where to begin......Thank you for answering our prayers that he will continue to entertain us next week.....Thank you for getting him through the show tonight...a very difficult time for him and those who love him to watch as he stood in front of the world with his heart on his sleeve...Thank you for giving him the courage to stand there gracefully, composed, seemingly unshaken.....when we all know what was going on inside. Thank you for allowing him to get through that ordeal with the dignity and grace we have grown to love him for. I pray Lord, that you will press upon his heart the need to 'WOW' the rest of America...let him know he need not worry what his fans will think....we love him and trust him to make the choices to show the REST that he IS truely the Best. I pray you give him the wisdom to do what he does best...So, that the rest of the world can FINALLY see what his fans see....hear what his fans hear.....His angelic, truely sent from heaven, God given gift of song and artistry.........His gift of grace, heart, soul, tenderness, love, and compassion. This year on American Idol we have been given the gift of Ace Young. As a fan of his and a member of his fan club, dubbed the Highrollers, we have been actively voting for Ace from the beginning. Many people think that the only reason we voted for this man is because of his looks, and they have ridiculed us for it. Well I want to set the record straight.

Ace is more then just a pretty face to us. There are some that only see his looks, but his real fans see so much more in him, things that lie beneath the surface.

Ace is a very multi-talented guy. He can sing, dance, and act. His singing alone is incredible. It gives us a chance to escape from everyday problems and just enjoy the versatility and amazing vocal range that he possesses. No one else has used as much versatility as Ace. He sets himself apart from the rest with his amazing falsetto. He also has many positive attributes that us fans have fallen in love with, from his selflessness in helping others, to being quite humble, family oriented, and sensitive.

So my message to Ace is this, we love you and support you. WE HAVE YOUR BACK. Don’t change who you are. Stay true to yourself. We expect great things to come from you.

We want his fans to know if they want Ace to stick around then they need to vote the entire time.

My message to all of the people that doubt him is take a good look at Ace, see past his looks and see what’s on the inside. You will be surprised by what you find. You just may see what we have known all along.

For us Highrollers, Ace is NOT just about good looks - he is FULL of talent. He has the entire package. He is very sincere, kind hearted, compassionate to others around him, and soft spoken. He handles every situation with dignity. He is a REAL person. And that is what we, Ace fans, want the world to know. Look beyond the beautiful face and gorgeous smile, and you will get what WE get.

Ace stole my vote and my heart the moment he stepped in for his first audition in Denver. I wasn't watching the show, I was listening from another room. The minute he opened his mouth I had to run and put a name and face with that wonderful voice. I knew we would see him later in the competition.

As he moved through audition after audition I was amazed to see him get better and better every time he opened his mouth....AND THE REST IS HISTORY........ Watching him grow in this competition has been a great joy I look forward to every week. He has proven to have the most wide range of vocal ability of any of the contestants I've EVER seen on the show. He has proven to have the most artistic ability- every week he brings us something new...we never know what we're going to get and WE LOVE IT! He has also proven through interviews and just watching... he is a kind and gentle sprit with a compassionate heart and a kind soul. He is in our minds, hearts and prayers every single day....HE DESERVES THIS.....ACE YOUNG IS MY NEXT AMERICAN IDOL!!
